Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for industrial and imported chemical products.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance and individual growth.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities within the industrial sector.
- Coordinate closely with the import and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales approaches and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, specifically within the industrial chemical or import/export industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and leading sales teams.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A) and willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Deep understanding of chemical product specifications and industrial applications.
