We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of turnkey bioprocessing equipment and products. Integrity Partners is looking for a dynamic sales leader who is passionate about the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving revenue growth and establishing our brand presence in the West Region. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and closing high-value deals. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the West Region.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, needs analysis, solution presentation, and contract negotiation.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and industry partners.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to deliver compelling product demonstrations and customized solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategy.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical equipment or industrial manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of bioprocessing concepts, equipment, and manufacturing processes.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and closing complex deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and trade shows.
