This critical role involves developing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth across industrial sectors. You'll lead a high-performing team while maintaining strong relationships with distributors and end-users. The ideal candidate combines technical product knowledge with exceptional leadership skills to capture market opportunities and exceed sales targets in Jakarta's competitive landscape.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for Specialty Lubricants, Refrigerant Compressor Lubricants, and Water Based Cleaners
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual targets
- Identify and penetrate new markets and key accounts in industrial sectors
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and competitive opportunities
- Manage client relationships and negotiate contracts with distributors and end-users
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns and product training
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management
- Monitor budget adherence and optimize resource allocation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales management, preferably in lubricants or chemical industry
- Proven expertise in Specialty Lubricants, Refrigerant Compressor Lubricants, or Water Based Cleaners
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering
- Strong leadership skills with ability to develop high-performing teams
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities in Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Ability to travel throughout Jakarta Raya region
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
