Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Manage and nurture key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the packaging industry.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective performance goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery and quality control.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for executive review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the packaging, FMCG, or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving significant revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
