  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive international business growth across multiple markets
  • Identify and penetrate new geographic markets with high growth potential for Sunton Power's products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key international clients, distributors, and partners
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing international sales team
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and competitive intelligence
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective international sales strategies
  • Negotiate complex contracts and agreements with international clients

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales management, with proven track record of meeting targets
  • Strong knowledge of international markets, cross-cultural business practices, and global sales methodologies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with ability to work effectively in multicultural environments
  • Experience managing sales teams and developing talent to achieve high performance
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools for data-driven decision making
  • Fluency in English and at least one other language is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful market entry strategies
