Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key Japanese and European brand partners
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analytics for leadership
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives between marketing and operations teams
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales management with multinational brands
- Fluency in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia (required)
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in Southeast Asia
- Strong negotiation and leadership capabilities
- Experience working with Japanese/European corporate clients
- Advanced proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
