- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in FMCG
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data and trends
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
