- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for weddings and social events
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Build and maintain high-value client relationships through personalized service
- Collaborate with event operations teams to ensure flawless execution
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and contracts
- Track sales performance against KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in sales, preferably within hospitality/events industry
- Proven track record in closing high-value event contracts
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong CRM proficiency and sales pipeline management
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of Jakarta's wedding/social event market
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- Relevant degree in Business, Hospitality, or Marketing preferred
