Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy specifically for weddings, corporate galas, and social gatherings to maximize revenue.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, needs analysis, proposal creation, and contract negotiation.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, wedding planners, and local vendors.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments (F&B, Front Office, Operations) to ensure seamless event planning and delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry standards to maintain a competitive edge.
- Conduct site visits and product presentations to demonstrate the unique value of Grand Mercure's venues and services.
- Regularly review sales performance data to adjust tactics and meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Sales Management within the hospitality or luxury hotel sector.
- Proven track record of success in weddings and social events sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate client meetings.
