Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the Kuantan region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and industry partners
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Negotiate contracts and agreements while ensuring profitability
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Represent Zoomlion at industry events and trade shows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in heavy machinery or industrial equipment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license with willingness for regional travel
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
