  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to capture market share in the Visayas laboratory sector.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key laboratory stakeholders, procurement officers, and technical heads.
  • Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations to showcase our value proposition.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights for business growth.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and budgets for management review.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery and post-sales technical support for clients.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, specifically within the laboratory equipment or diagnostics industry.
  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of laboratory workflows, instrumentation, and consumables.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on coaching and development.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the Visayas region to meet with clients and manage regional operations.
