As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to expand our market presence. You'll work closely with clients to understand their lighting needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance energy efficiency and reduce operational costs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, preferably within the lighting or construction industry.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market presence in North Jakarta
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and distributors
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends
- Prepare and present product demonstrations and technical specifications to potential clients
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market demands
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in LED lighting or construction industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and mentoring
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Deep knowledge of LED lighting products, technologies, and industry trends
- Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required
