Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue growth for live shrimp products.
- Build, maintain, and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence through proactive prospecting.
- Collaborate with the operations and supply chain teams to ensure consistent inventory and quality assurance.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably within the aquaculture, food, or seafood industry.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine live shrimp market and supply chain dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- High level of professionalism and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
