- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in logistics services
- Manage and expand portfolio of B2B clients in freight forwarding, air/sea freight, and cross-border trucking
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive insights
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive account management
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for leadership review
- Represent the company at industry events and trade exhibitions to build brand presence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years in B2B sales with proven track record in logistics/freight forwarding
- Expertise in air freight, sea freight, and cross-border trucking operations
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to manage high-value client contracts
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Deep understanding of Singapore logistics market and regulatory landscape
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
