- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Monitor sales team performance and provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve results
- Stay updated on industry developments, product knowledge, and best practices in logistics and supply chain
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the logistics or supply chain industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of Singapore's logistics landscape and market dynamics
