Are you a results-driven Sales Manager looking to lead in the booming logistics and supply chain sector? JD.com is seeking a dynamic professional to own new business wins in logistics, acquiring key clients and driving revenue growth across our integrated supply chain solutions. As part of a leading global e-commerce giant, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence in Malaysia.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that identify and secure high-value contracts with logistics partners and warehousing providers. You will leverage your deep understanding of the supply chain ecosystem to tailor solutions that meet client needs. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to acquire new clients in the logistics and warehousing sectors.
- Identify, qualify, and manage key accounts to maximize revenue and ensure long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse operations teams to optimize fulfillment solutions for clients.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive opportunities in the supply chain industry.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Mentor junior sales staff and provide regular performance feedback to the team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably within logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong network of contacts within the Malaysian logistics and e-commerce industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex solutions to stakeholders.
- Fluency in Mandarin is a strong advantage given the company's background.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
