Are you a seasoned hospitality sales professional with a passion for Bali's luxury market? Mazari Properties Group is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to spearhead our commercial strategy. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind revenue growth, occupancy optimization, and market expansion for our prestigious portfolio, including Mazari Villas and Svara Boutique Residences.
As our Sales Manager, you will leverage your deep understanding of the hospitality landscape to build meaningful partnerships, elevate our brand presence, and deliver exceptional guest acquisition results. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy for Mazari Villas and Svara Boutique Residences.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the luxury travel, corporate, and event sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients to drive consistent booking volumes.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and industry shifts to adjust sales tactics proactively.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial inquiry handling to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to launch impactful campaigns and promotional packages.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, revenue reports, and market analysis for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, specifically within the luxury villa or boutique hotel sector in Bali.
- Strong proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and KPIs.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a high degree of professional polish.
- In-depth knowledge of local hospitality markets and distribution channels (OTA, GDS, and direct booking engines).
- Proficiency in CRM software and hospitality management systems.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are considered a significant advantage.
- High level of integrity, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
