This is a critical role responsible for sourcing essential chemical materials and managing nickel resource acquisitions. We are seeking a bilingual professional (Mandarin and English) who is ready for a high-impact position in the heart of Indonesia's rapidly expanding energy sector.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our supply chain strategy, building strong relationships with suppliers and ensuring the seamless acquisition of resources. You will be expected to travel across Indonesia as needed to meet stakeholders, conduct site visits, and secure competitive procurement terms. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with new and existing chemical and nickel resource suppliers.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring quality standards and delivery timelines are strictly met.
- Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable pricing and supply terms for the company.
- Monitor market trends in the nickel and chemical industries to provide data-driven insights for strategic planning.
- Coordinate with internal logistics and operational teams to ensure seamless material flow.
- Conduct regular site visits and travel across Indonesia to assess supply sources and maintain partnership health.
- Prepare comprehensive sales and procurement reports for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Chemical Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Procurement Manager within the mining, chemical, or energy sector.
- Fluent in Mandarin (Professional working proficiency) and English is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian nickel industry landscape.
- Willingness and readiness to travel extensively throughout Indonesia.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement management software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, industrial manufacturing environment.
