Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the Mandarin-speaking market segment.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients, travel agents, and partners.
- Conduct professional site inspections and sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing strategies and inventory management.
- Represent the property at industry trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to ensure a competitive edge in the Jakarta hospitality market.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in hotel sales, preferably within an international chain.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory, alongside professional proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong understanding of the Jakarta hospitality market and existing client networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, professional demeanor, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a diverse, multicultural team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
