Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies to accelerate growth within the automotive aftermarket segment.
- Identify, recruit, and manage a high-performing network of local distributors and wholesalers.
- Act as the primary liaison between local operations and Mandarin-speaking corporate stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor movements to identify untapped business opportunities in the Central Java region.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the local sales team to consistently hit KPIs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to closing and post-sales support.
- Provide detailed reporting on market feedback, sales forecasts, and revenue growth to the executive team.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (Spoken and Written) is strictly required for communication with overseas partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of proven experience in Sales Management, preferably within the automotive or spare parts industry.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian distribution landscape and automotive aftermarket trends.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable sales plans.
