Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals through performance coaching and skill development
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients in the manufacturing and industrial sectors
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive sales experience in manufacturing or industrial products sector
- Proven track record of sales team leadership and revenue generation in B2B environments
- Deep understanding of machine parts, industrial equipment, and manufacturing processes
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to manage complex commercial agreements
- Experience implementing CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate market insights into actionable plans
