Are you a high-energy hospitality professional with a passion for driving revenue in the luxury events sector? The Stones Hotel, located in the heart of the vibrant Badung, Bali, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager specializing in MICE to join our elite sales team.
In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our property for corporate planners and event organizers. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering long-term relationships with key accounts, and ensuring that our world-class event spaces are consistently filled with high-impact corporate bookings and group business. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at strategic negotiation, and possesses an in-depth understanding of the Bali MICE market.
You will work closely with our operational teams to deliver seamless event experiences that exceed client expectations, ensuring that The Stones Hotel remains the premier destination for conferences and high-profile exhibitions in Bali.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to secure corporate contracts, MICE business, and large-scale group bookings.
- Proactively prospect and identify new business opportunities within domestic and international corporate markets.
- Conduct site inspections for potential clients, showcasing our luxury facilities and event capabilities.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry and proposal generation to contract negotiation and final closing.
- Collaborate with the Banquet and Operations teams to ensure flawless execution of all client requirements and event details.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM database to track pipeline, account activity, and revenue performance.
- Represent The Stones Hotel at industry trade shows, networking events, and roadshows to increase brand presence.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales, specifically within the MICE segment.
- Strong existing network of corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding annual sales targets and revenue goals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Strong understanding of market trends in the hospitality industry, particularly in Bali.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian, both written and verbal; additional languages are a plus.
