- Develop and execute modern trade sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth
- Manage key relationships with hypermarket, supermarket, and convenience store partners
- Lead and mentor high-performing sales teams through coaching and performance optimization
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and in-store activations to drive consumer engagement
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and merchandising excellence
- Monitor KPIs and prepare comprehensive sales reports for leadership review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with 3+ years in modern trade/FMCG retail
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in competitive markets
- Strong leadership skills with team management and development experience
- Expertise in modern trade channel dynamics and retail partnership management
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven sales analytics
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin or other regional languages a plus
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
