As a Sales Manager, you'll lead our retail team in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales growth in a unique coastal setting.
We're seeking a dynamic leader to oversee daily store operations, develop staff expertise in sustainable fashion, and implement strategies to maximize revenue. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor retail team to achieve sales targets through exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and customer retention
- Train staff on product knowledge, sustainable materials, and brand storytelling
- Manage inventory control, visual merchandising, and store presentation
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product offerings
- Foster relationships with customers to build brand loyalty and repeat business
- Coordinate with suppliers to maintain curated collection of natural-material products
- Ensure store operations align with company sustainability standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years experience in retail sales management or leadership role
- Strong background in luxury/sustainable fashion or lifestyle retail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train and motivate teams
- Deep knowledge of natural materials and artisan craftsmanship processes
- Proven track record in achieving sales KPIs and customer satisfaction goals
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement operational improvements
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; additional languages valued
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Badung, Bali area
