Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage the offline sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies and action plans for offline channels in Jakarta metropolitan area
- Conduct regular sales training sessions and performance evaluations for team members
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners
- Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies and optimize performance
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns for offline channels
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with 3+ years in management role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in competitive markets
- Strong leadership and team development skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of Jakarta market dynamics and consumer behavior
- Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
