In this critical role, you will be the driving force behind our market penetration, leveraging your industry expertise to identify lucrative tender opportunities, build strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is a results-oriented professional with a deep understanding of the Indonesian Oil & Gas landscape. You will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle—from initial prospecting and technical consultation to complex contract negotiations and final deal closure. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand our market share within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Actively identify and evaluate upcoming tender opportunities and projects in the sector.
  • Manage the entire end-to-end tender process, including technical documentation and commercial proposal submission.
  • Conduct high-level contract negotiations with procurement heads and technical directors to ensure favorable terms.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in major O&G operators and contractors.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and market analysis to the management team.
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure solutions align with client specifications and project timelines.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales revenue targets.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, or Chemical) or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in Sales or Business Development specifically within the Oil & Gas or heavy industrial sector.
  • Proven track record of managing complex tenders and high-value B2B contracts.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian Oil & Gas supply chain and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Ability to travel frequently to client sites and project locations.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hunter-style sales mindset.
