Join Pan Asian Holdings as a Sales Manager specializing in API 6A products for the dynamic Oil & Gas sector. This critical role leverages your established industry networks to drive revenue growth and market expansion. You'll represent our premium API 6A wellhead and Christmas tree solutions to major EPC contractors, end-users, and distributors across Indonesia's energy landscape. The position requires strategic relationship cultivation, market penetration in high-value projects, and technical expertise in oilfield equipment standards. Ideal candidates will bring proven experience in capital equipment sales and deep understanding of upstream/downstream operations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for API 6A products targeting EPC contractors and end-users
- Cultivate and maintain executive-level relationships with key industry stakeholders
- Lead complex negotiations for multi-million dollar equipment contracts
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive threats
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution alignment with client specifications
- Prepare comprehensive sales forecasts and pipeline management reports
- Represent the company at industry conferences and trade exhibitions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related technical field
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience in Oil & Gas sector with API 6A product expertise
- Established network with EPCs, end-users, and distributors across Indonesia
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in capital equipment
- Strong technical knowledge of wellhead systems and industry standards (API 6A/17D)
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia with exceptional presentation skills
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for client meetings and site visits
