We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Manager OOH/DOOH to lead our Out-of-Home and Digital Out-of-Home sales initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and overseeing the sales strategy to ensure we meet and exceed our annual targets. You will act as a bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring the delivery of high-impact advertising solutions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Drive revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies for OOH/DOOH campaigns.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key media agencies and direct clients to secure long-term contracts.
- Lead the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and expanding market share in Jakarta Raya.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to ensure profitability while maintaining high client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure the seamless delivery of client campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales tactics and stay ahead of the curve.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, specifically within the OOH/DOOH or advertising industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong network of media agencies and clients within the Jakarta region.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
