Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for petrochemical products and services, specifically targeting upstream and exploration sectors.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales forecasting and planning.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including supply chain, logistics, and technical support to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and presentations for senior management to track progress and performance.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in sales management within the petrochemical, oil & gas, or upstream exploration industries.
  • Strong understanding of the upstream and exploration value chains and industry terminology.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
