Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for petrochemical products and services, specifically targeting upstream and exploration sectors.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales forecasting and planning.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams including supply chain, logistics, and technical support to ensure client requirements are met.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and presentations for senior management to track progress and performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in sales management within the petrochemical, oil & gas, or upstream exploration industries.
- Strong understanding of the upstream and exploration value chains and industry terminology.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
