We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join The GMP Group. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for spearheading business development initiatives and fostering high-level client engagement within the pharmaceutical, life science, FMCG, and industrial engineering sectors. You will act as a strategic leader, identifying new market opportunities and driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategies.
As a key member of our team, you will manage complex relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction while expanding our market presence. We are looking for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of the life sciences industry.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Pharma and Life Sciences sectors.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with key clients in the target market.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and technical support, to provide exceptional client solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to maximize performance and drive collective success.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in sales management within the pharmaceutical or life science industries.
- Strong understanding of the FMCG and industrial engineering markets is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
- Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
