In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind profitable growth across the Southeast Asian market, identifying new business opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships.

We are looking for a strategic thinker who understands the nuances of power generation, distribution, and critical energy systems. You will lead sales initiatives, collaborate with technical engineering teams, and deliver bespoke solutions to industrial and commercial clients. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share across Southeast Asia.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business leads within the power systems and energy sector.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial outreach and technical consultation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, consultants, and procurement managers.
  • Collaborate with technical support and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions meet complex client requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes in the regional energy sector.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline analysis for regional leadership.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical), Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the power systems, utilities, or heavy equipment sector.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to articulate complex power systems solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage a regional sales territory and meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
  • Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia as required by business operations.
  • Self-motivated professional with a high degree of integrity and commercial acumen.
