We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our growth in the Tangerang Selatan region. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our luxury showroom experience and large-scale project sales.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, nurturing relationships with key stakeholdersâincluding architects, interior designers, and developersâand ensuring that our brand remains the first choice for premium construction solutions. You will oversee the daily operations of our showroom, ensuring an impeccable customer journey while simultaneously driving outbound business development efforts. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the luxury market, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in the building materials or interior design industry.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team to ensure high productivity and professional development.
- Manage and optimize showroom operations to provide a premium, consultative experience for walk-in clients and professionals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, including developers, principal architects, and interior design firms.
- Identify and secure new project opportunities within the luxury residential and commercial building sectors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize promotional events, product launches, and networking sessions.
- Prepare comprehensive sales forecasts, market trend analyses, and performance reports for senior management.
- Conduct high-level negotiations and oversee the closing of major supply contracts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in sales management, specifically within building materials, luxury furniture, or high-end interiors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B project-based environment.
- Extensive network within the Indonesian architecture and construction industry, particularly in the Greater Jakarta area.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a sales force.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
