Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and prospect high-value clients across various industries in Metro Manila.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and initial pitching to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure client requirements are met with precision and quality.
- Provide regular sales forecasting, pipeline management, and market analysis reports to senior management.
- Stay updated on printing industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically within the printing, publishing, or packaging industry.
- Strong understanding of printing processes, materials, and cost estimation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Tagalog.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue-based KPIs.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
