- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team focused on HVAC and project sales.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the construction and industrial sectors.
- Negotiate complex contracts and close deals with high-value clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to ensure long-term loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with technical engineers and project managers to ensure seamless project delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales management within the HVAC or ventilation industry.
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and project sales methodologies.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driverβs license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
