Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed property sales targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of property consultants to reach their full potential.
  • Monitor and manage the entire sales pipeline, from initial lead generation to final closing.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to improve team efficiency.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, investors, and potential clients.
  • Ensure all sales documentation and reporting are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Property Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in property sales or a leadership role within the real estate industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing sales pipelines and achieving high-volume sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with a focus on coaching.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of the property market dynamics in Bekasi and surrounding areas.
