We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager (Public Sector) to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with key stakeholders within the public sector, including government agencies and statutory bodies. Your expertise will drive our strategic initiatives to secure long-term contracts and expand our market footprint in Malaysia. We are looking for a strategic thinker who excels in navigating the unique complexities of government procurement processes.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored specifically to the public sector landscape.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with government officials, decision-makers, and procurement officers.
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure favorable terms and pricing structures.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical and product teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the region.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets consistently.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales, with a specific focus on the public sector or government contracting.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement cycles, tender processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of closing complex deals and managing key accounts.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
