Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to capture market share in the residential energy storage sector.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, including distributors, installers, and residential developers.
- Conduct professional presentations and technical demonstrations of energy storage solutions to prospective partners and clients.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage the end-to-end sales cycle to ensure high conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts and local brand positioning.
- Provide expert market insights and competitive analysis to support product development and pricing strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to increase visibility.
Kualifikasi
- 3–5 years of professional sales experience specifically within the energy storage, renewable energy, or HVAC/solar industries.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales KPIs and revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of residential solar and energy storage systems technology.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Strong network within the Indonesian renewable energy or residential construction sector is a significant advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional working proficiency in English.
