We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager (Rooms - Corporate) to lead our sales efforts in the corporate segment. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, negotiating high-value contracts, and maximizing room occupancy across our portfolio.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue from corporate accounts and key accounts.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with corporate clients, ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients through regular business reviews and account planning.
  • Coordinate closely with the Revenue Management and Reservations teams to optimize pricing strategies and inventory availability.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review and budgeting purposes.
  • Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends within the corporate sector.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Front Office and F&B, to ensure a seamless guest experience from booking to departure.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector or a corporate environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a diverse portfolio of corporate accounts.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building.
  • Fluency in English (both verbal and written); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
