This critical role involves leading sales teams to drive revenue growth while managing key customer relationships and ensuring seamless order processing in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will oversee the entire sales lifecycle from coordination to fulfillment, bridging gaps between sales, production, and logistics teams. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Manage end-to-end order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to clients
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (production, logistics, customer service) for seamless execution
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to drive retention and growth
- Analyze sales performance data and prepare actionable reports for senior leadership
- Implement CRM systems to optimize sales workflows and customer relationship management
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years in sales management with 2+ years in order coordination/support roles
- Proven experience in manufacturing or industrial sales environments
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated team development capabilities
- Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and order management platforms
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret sales metrics and KPIs
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency advantageous for regional clients
