Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for inorganic chemical products.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients and distributors to ensure long-term business growth and retention.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales executives, providing guidance on performance and best practices.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages.
  • Collaborate with the production and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably within the chemical or industrial manufacturing sector.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and surpassing sales goals and KPIs.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
