Join Mentari Teknik Utama as a Sales Manager and lead our expansion into the sand pump and diesel equipment market. This pivotal role requires you to build a high-performing sales team from the ground up, establishing dealer networks across East Java. You'll develop comprehensive sales databases, manage the entire sales pipeline, and strategically open new dealership channels to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader passionate about machinery sales with a proven ability to exceed targets in competitive B2B environments.
Tanggung Jawab
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sand pump sales dealers
- Develop and maintain comprehensive sales databases and CRM systems
- Control and optimize the entire sales pipeline from lead to conversion
- Establish and expand dealership networks across the region
- Analyze market trends to develop strategic sales approaches
- Monitor KPIs and ensure team meets/exceeds monthly/quarterly targets
- Collaborate with product team to align sales strategies with inventory
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years in sales management with machinery/diesel equipment experience
- Proven track record building sales teams from scratch
- Strong network in East Java's construction/mining industry
- Expertise in pipeline management and CRM systems
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset with data-driven decision making
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering
