Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share in the thin-film and vacuum coating industry.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and technical lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with key decision-makers across the HDD, SSD, and MDS industries.
- Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams to align product specifications with evolving customer requirements.
- Provide detailed market analysis, sales forecasts, and competitor intelligence to the management team.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, technical seminars, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets as defined by the company.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven sales experience in the Semiconductor, Thin Film, or Vacuum Coating industries.
- Strong background and deep understanding of HDD, SSD, and MDS product ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a robust sales pipeline in a B2B environment.
- Self-motivated professional with a high level of integrity and a commitment to professional excellence.
- Ability to travel as required to support regional business initiatives.
