Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share in the thin-film and vacuum coating industry.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and technical lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with key decision-makers across the HDD, SSD, and MDS industries.
  • Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams to align product specifications with evolving customer requirements.
  • Provide detailed market analysis, sales forecasts, and competitor intelligence to the management team.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, technical seminars, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets as defined by the company.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
  • Proven sales experience in the Semiconductor, Thin Film, or Vacuum Coating industries.
  • Strong background and deep understanding of HDD, SSD, and MDS product ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a robust sales pipeline in a B2B environment.
  • Self-motivated professional with a high level of integrity and a commitment to professional excellence.
  • Ability to travel as required to support regional business initiatives.
