- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to originate occupier relationships and drive tenant representation revenue in the Philippines
- Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with corporate occupiers, investors, and key decision-makers in commercial real estate
- Lead end-to-end tenant representation transactions including site selection, lease negotiation, and occupancy planning
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform business development initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated real estate solutions aligned with client objectives
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, market analyses, and financial models to support client acquisition
- Maintain accurate CRM records and generate regular sales forecasts and performance reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years of commercial real estate sales experience with proven tenant representation track record
- Extensive network of corporate occupier and developer contacts within Metro Manila and key Philippine markets
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to structure and close complex lease transactions
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine commercial real estate market dynamics, regulations, and property types
- Proficiency in CRM systems and analytical tools for market research and sales forecasting
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities
