Are you a strategic leader ready to drive growth in the dynamic energy sector? BP is looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager – South based in Kuala Lumpur to spearhead our regional distributor strategy.
In this pivotal role, you will act as the architect of our sales approach, overseeing a network of distributors to ensure we consistently meet and exceed volume targets. You will be responsible for cultivating strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new market opportunities, and implementing data-driven strategies that ensure sustainable market growth.
As part of a global leader in energy, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chains and ensure product availability. Your expertise will be instrumental in navigating the competitive landscape of the Malaysian market, ensuring BP remains the partner of choice for our clients.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the South region to maximize market share.
- Manage and mentor a network of distributors, ensuring alignment with BP’s corporate objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to drive volume growth and profitability.
- Build and maintain high-trust relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor distributor performance against set KPIs and volume targets.
- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure efficient product distribution.
- Present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the energy, petrochemical, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and managing distributor relationships.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on market growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Malay.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
