- Lead end-to-end deal negotiations and contract finalizations for high-value F&B clients
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales approaches

- Mentor junior sales staff through training sessions and performance coaching

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years B2B sales experience with 3+ years in management roles
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in F&B/Hospitality industry
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
