Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in logistics/shipping industry
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team development and training
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
- Deep understanding of Indonesian market dynamics in Surabaya/Jawa Timur
