You will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle—from initial lead generation and complex negotiation to closing high-stakes contracts. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand Telogic’s market share in the telecommunications sector.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through aggressive prospecting and networking.
- Build and maintain long-term, high-value relationships with key decision-makers and C-level executives.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to client needs.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring optimal profitability while meeting client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to align solutions with evolving market demands.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional sales experience, with at least 3 years specifically within the telecommunications or SaaS industry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed aggressive sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, VAS, or mobile network solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Malay.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage pipelines effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and competitive landscapes.
