Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate the Thai industrial and manufacturing market.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, decision-makers, and industry partners in Thailand.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking within the factory automation sector.
  • Conduct professional product presentations and technical demonstrations for potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements while meeting company sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to provide customized drive solutions that meet client-specific factory requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for business development.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven professional proficiency in spoken and written Thai (mandatory) and English.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B technical sales, preferably within the manufacturing or automation industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport across different cultures.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle technical project inquiries.
  • Willingness to travel periodically to Thailand for client meetings and site visits.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
