- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for tour packages and travel services.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, hotels, airlines, and travel agents.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with corporate clients and individual travelers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote travel packages and special offers.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the Tour & Travel or Hospitality industry.
- Strong network of contacts within the travel and tourism sector.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive sales results.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is highly preferred.
