Elitez Group is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to spearhead business growth in the dynamic Borneo market. This critical role offers the opportunity to lead our expansion strategy within the valves industry, with the flexibility of remote work during the initial phase based in Sarawak. You'll be responsible for developing innovative sales approaches, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue across industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will leverage their industry expertise to identify new market opportunities, optimize sales processes, and establish Elitez Group as a market leader in the region. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive market penetration in Borneo's valves sector
- Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industrial clients and distributors
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with product teams to align sales initiatives with market demands
- Negotiate complex contracts while ensuring long-term client satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years in B2B sales management with valves/industrial equipment experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in Borneo/Malaysian markets
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and coaching
- Expert knowledge of valves applications across oil & gas, water treatment, and manufacturing
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with remote-first operations
